We offer three types of Aguachiles:
Aguachile Verde*: Fresh shrimp marinated in a sauce made with green tomatoes, cilantro, garlic oil and serrano.
Aguachile Rojo*: Fresh shrimp marinated in a red sauce made with clamato sauce, lettuce, and serrano peppers.
Aguachile Negro*: Fresh shrimp marinated in a sauce made with selection of peppers roasted with sesame seeds and garlic.
*All our Aguachiles are served with sliced onions, avocado and cucumbers.

Slices of beef fillet marinated in a citrus sauce and lightly seared. Served with sesame seeds, avocado, red onion and chiles toreados.
Savory dip freshly made from cooked and mashed chickpeas mixed with tahin, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Served with pita bread.
